My career has moved through spacecraft, autonomous vehicles, generative AI, and emergency communications. The common thread is a fascination with complex things—and the responsibility to make them useful in the real world.

Outside engineering, I’m drawn to film, history, public ideas, travel, hospitality, and the rooms where people who would not normally meet begin building something together.
